I'm not sure if this concept exists but as I thought it up, it's hard to believe there are not many who also thought about it.
so maybe you will find this trivial.
with the adevent of the internet all concerns about information availability have almost practically gone away.
what remains are matters of information neighbourhood - I find myself in the proxmity of a piece of cake of bits (1 and 0's) if somebody sends me a link, e-mails or if I get in direct contact with some information.
then there is second degree proximity and so on.
what is clear, is that although everybody has access to everything at the same time, noone will access everything at once :D
